Returns
Products listed on the platform may be marked as returnable or non-returnable on the product page. Only returnable products are eligible for return, subject to the conditions mentioned.
- Products must be in good condition
- Returns may not be accepted for discounted or promotional items
- Improper or fraudulent return requests may be rejected
Return Options
- All Return Option: Allows return for any valid reason (if available on product)
- Wrong/Defective Return: Only for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items
Return Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Must be returned within the specified return period
- Product must match original order details
Free Return Conditions
Returns are free if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Incomplete order or missing items
Exchange Policy
Exchange is available for selected products only and depends on stock availability and serviceability.
- Exchange allowed for size or product issues
- Not applicable if customer is not interested
- Only one exchange allowed per order
- Price difference (if any) must be paid or refunded
How to Return a Product
- Go to My Orders section
- Select the product and create a return request
- Follow instructions and generate Return ID
- Keep product ready in original packaging
- Hand over product to delivery partner

- Product will undergo quality check
- If approved, refund will be initiated
- If rejected, product will be sent back to customer
How to Exchange a Product
- Go to My Orders
- Select product and request exchange
- Follow steps and generate Exchange ID
- Keep product ready for pickup
General Guidelines
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and warranty cards must be intact
- Return/exchange must be initiated within allowed timeframe
- Electronic devices must be reset before return

- Refund will be credited to original payment method

Refund Methods
- Online Payments: 3–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or wallet credit
- Wallet (Fashen Hub Balance): Within 2 business days
Important Notes
- Refund amount will be the actual amount paid
- Discounts/offers may not be applicable on refunded items
- Incorrect bank details provided by user are not our responsibility
